RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your product please return it within 7 days, in brand new / unused condition and we will refund you the items value (this excludes any shipping charges).

Warranty
All products (except measures) are covered under the manufacturers, return-to-base, Warranty. You will receive a replacement product, if available, or refund for any quality issues. Any neglectful or intentional damages will not be covered.

Please note: All measures have a 14 day return to base warranty. Once used, the manufacturers will not replace any faults as they cannot guarantee how the product has been used. Make sure you always retract the string/tape in a controlled manner.​
